Food items (culinary lavender products): Due to health and safety regulations, all sales of food items are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods once they leave our facility.
Other items: If a product is not to your satisfaction, please return unused product to us within 1 week of delivery and we will process a full refund
- We ship within the United States only.
- All products ship out of Dundee Oregon.
- We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding USPS holidays).
- We ship using USPS Priority Shipping.
- You can expect your order within 4-6 days.
