Bee Pollen, Local Newberg/Dundee

Lovingly harvested by Matt and Rachel at Oregon Beekeeper (they manage our Little Lavender Farm honeybee hives!), pollen is used "as a nutritional supplement for allergies. Take 1/4 teaspoon dissolved in water or tea. It's also a garnish for salads, holiday cheese plates, or cupcakes and desserts. Pollen tastes like flowers!"

While supplies last (because Matt and Rachel are careful to leave plenty for the bees)
