Our premium, organically gown Riverina Thomas lavender is hand gathered and cut, and then allowed to air dry at peak season to preserve the lavender's fragrance and beauty. 24-30 " long stems, 90-100 stems per bouquet , 2025 crop. These 5 bouquets will fill a large vase or pitcher beautifully!

Note: limited quantities and available for pick-up or local delivery only (due to the length of the stems).

Look at the beautiful blue of those flowers and buds! Riverina Thomas is a fairly new addition to our farm and I am thrilled with the results. So here's a little bit about this lovely variety:

Flower Color: Deep Lavender Mauve

Stem Length: 2-3 feet (!!)

Plant Height: 2-3 feet tall

Riverina Thomas is an Australian export (along with its brother Riverina Alan), and was patented in 2008. It is a mutation of lavandula x intermedia 'grosso' but is a bigger plant with longer stems and (according to my lavender friends) yields more oil than grosso.  The dried bouquets are beautiful because the buds stay a lovely blue and don't fade to grey-blue
